What do we mean by land? A piece of black and homogeneous matter which is similar to soil, or, perhaps, spacious fields? Where does our awareness of its immense essence begin and end? The definition of what are landforms its status in relationship with an individual, a social group, a nation, and a state. Speaking of legal relations, where a person is always counterparty, land becomes only a basis, an object.

Land is a fundamental part of nature, which is difficult to perceive as a manifestation of the material world. In conditions of such misunderstanding, there is a constant substitution, which allows measuring land again and again by the boundaries of a separate yard, city, and country. The content predominates the form and remains without attention.
